2 packs Silver Fern Farms Beef Top Sirloin Steaks
1 tsp Masala chilli powder
3 potatoes, medium, cut into half rounds
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp caster sugar
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
Preheat oven to 392°F fan bake.
Cut potatoes into rounds. Toss in a bowl with drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper and place on a lined oven tray. Fan bake for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and mix through garlic, sugar, chilli and olive oil. Return to oven and cook for a further 3 minutes, until potatoes are cooked through.
Remove Silver Fern Farms Top Sirloin Steaks from the fridge and packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Pat dry and season with chilli powder and drizzle of olive oil. Heat frypan on medium-high.
Cook beef for about 4 minutes each side for medium-rare.
Remove from pan and cover with foil to rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve beef with black garlic aioli.
For broccoli, we prefer to air fry it with salt, pepper, light spray of olive oil.
