The Cut
Our premium ground lamb is made from the finest boneless shoulder cuts, and then carefully trimmed to achieve an 80% lean standard.

Remove from packaging, cover, and bring to room temperature.
Seaon the lamb with salt and pepper.
In a large frying pan, heat 2 Tbsp oil over medium-high heat.
Add lamb to the pan and cook until browned.
