    General

  • 1 pack Silver Fern Farms Beef New York Strip Steak

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • ½ cup sake

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp rosemary leaves

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1 bunch asparagus, blanched, to serve

  • 4 potatoes, cubed and roasted, to serve

Method

Step 1

Place oil, sake, vinegar, and rosemary in a bowl. Whisk until combined. Marinate the New York Strip Steak in the mix for 30 minutes (the longer you can leave it the better).

Step 2

Heat a frying pan or grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes each side (medium-rare). Rest for 5 minutes Slice and serve with asparagus and potatoes.
