  • Slow-cooker Method: Preheat the pan to high heat and sear all pieces on all sides. Add meat to slow cooker, cover with liquid and add other ingredients (as per your chosen recipe). Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender to enhance the delicious, full flavor of Diced Venison.
  • Oven Method: Preheat your oven to 320°F. Preheat the pan to high heat and sear all pieces on all sides. Add meat to the casserole dish, cover with liquid and add other ingredients (as per your chosen recipe). Cover and place it in the preheated oven for 3 hours or until tender to enhance the delicious, full flavor of Diced Venison.
