  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2oz sun-dried tomato, sliced thinly
  • 2oz Kalamata olives, pitted
  • ¼ bunch basil, chopped
  • ¼ bunch chives, chopped
  • 4.5oz cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3.5oz arugula or mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
