Ingredients

1 10oz Silver Fern Farms Beef New York Strip Steak

2 Tbsp black pepper

1 Tbsp coriander seeds

1 Tbsp cumin seeds

1 tbsp garlic powder

Salt

1/4 cup olive oil
-
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
-
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley or cilantro
-
3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped or minced

2 small red chilies, or 1 red chili, deseeded and finely chopped (about 1 tbsp finely chopped chili)

1 level tsp coarse salt
-
Pepper, to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon)

1 tsp lemon juice

Method
Step 1
Coarsely crush all the spices and add garlic powder and salt. Mix. Pat dry the steak and drizzle a tiny drop of oil on the steak. Press the spice generously on both sides. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to one hour.
Step 2
Grill at about 350-400 degrees. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Take it off the stove, cover and rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Step 3
Serve with Rice, Feta cheese, Tomatoes, Avocado, Cucumbers, and some greens.
