Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together Silver Fern Farms Premium Ground Venison, diced onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, black pepper, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs until well combined. Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties. Place them on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Step 2
While the patties are chilling, prepare the corn relish. In a medium bowl, combine corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, finely diced red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha until smooth. Adjust the amount of sriracha according to your preferred level of spiciness. Set aside.
