With bold taste and exceptional tenderness, our aged 10oz rib-eye steak is the perfect cut for serious steak-lovers. And thanks to the all-grass diet of our cows, it’s got rich, earthy flavor and beautiful, natural marbling. We love this steak with everything from hearty mushrooms to bright salsas with fresh herbs.

Hand-selected by our Master Graders under our Eating Quality System, our aged rib-eye steaks are flavorful, tender, and juicy — every time. We independently tested 97,000 samples with consumers to determine their true beef preferences, so we know our beef is consistently delicious.

At Silver Fern Farms, we think of “grass-fed” as a jumping off point. In addition to eating an all-grass diet, our cattle roam sweeping pastures, bask in New Zealand’s abundant rays of sunshine, and live a life free from stress.

The Cut
