  • 1 pack Silver Fern Farms Beef Flat-Iron Steaks
  • 1 cup baby spinach or rocket
  • ½ punnet cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup basil pesto
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup basil leaves, torn
  • ¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup feta, crumbled

To serve

  • Cooked spaghetti
  • ¼ cup chopped micro herbs or chives
