  • ½ cup tomato & herb pizza sauce
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 red onion, peeled, sliced
  • 4.5oz fresh mozzarella, thickly sliced
  • Mint leaves, to serve
  • 3.5oz cumin feta, crumbled
