1 Tbsp yogurt

2 Tbsp Tomato Puree

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Malt Vinegar

2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 tsp Paprika Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 Tbsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 cup Cilantro
-
3 Green Chilies
-
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Masala mix
Method
Step 1
For the masala mix, grind everything in a mini blender. Marinate the lamb steak in the mixture overnight.
Step 2
Cook the marinated lamb steaks on a grill or heavy-bottomed skillet for about 4min on each side for medium-rare, or cook according to your preference of how you like the meat.
Step 3
Serve with saffron pilaf.
